RULES OF ENTRY

• Entries must relate to work, content, or achievements that were active within the defined eligibility period.
• The work should demonstrate real impact, engagement, or measurable results.
• You must have full rights or permission to submit the content, brand, or profile.
• Agencies or representatives submitting entries must have client approval.
• A separate entry fee applies for each category.

• All nominations must be submitted through the official IIIA website only.
• Ensure all details are complete, accurate, and properly filled.
• Any links, portfolios, or supporting materials must be working and accessible during the review process.
• Incomplete or incorrect submissions may not be considered.

• All information provided must be true, authentic, and verifiable.
• Any performance data (followers, reach, revenue, engagement, etc.) must reflect actual results, not estimates or projections.
• IIIA reserves the right to request proof or supporting evidence at any stage.

• All entries must comply with applicable advertising, marketing, and platform guidelines.
• Content must follow ethical practices and proper disclosure rules (such as paid partnerships).
• Any content promoting misleading, harmful, or unethical practices may lead to disqualification.
• IIIA reserves the right to reject entries that may harm the reputation of the awards.

• If artificial intelligence tools were used in content creation, campaign execution, or analytics, it must be clearly disclosed.
• Entries must demonstrate human involvement and accountability.

• By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the content.
• This includes any third-party materials, brand assets, or client-owned content.

IIIA is granted permission to use submitted materials for:

• Evaluation and judging
• Promotion and marketing
• Website listings and announcements

Content may be edited slightly for clarity or formatting if required.

• Entry fees are non-refundable once submitted.
• Submissions will only be reviewed after full payment confirmation.
• All deadlines must be strictly followed as per official announcements.
• Late entries may not be accepted or may fall under a different pricing structure.

• Entries are evaluated by an independent panel of experts and industry professionals.
• Judges are selected to ensure fairness, expertise, and unbiased evaluation.
• Any conflict of interest will be strictly avoided.

IIIA reserves the right to:

• Reassign categories if needed
• Approve or reject entries based on quality standards

All decisions made by the jury are final and binding.

• Entries may be withdrawn within a limited period upon written request.
• Entry fees will remain non-refundable.

IIIA reserves the right to:

• Disqualify entries
• Revoke titles or recognition

if any false information, misconduct, or violation is found.
