REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Clarity before commitment. Carefully read through our refund and cancellation policies to understand the financial terms, ticket transferability, and strict zero-refund rules for nominations and event passes.
The India International Influencer Awards (IIIA) maintains a strict financial policy to ensure the highest quality of event execution, judging, and administrative processing. By purchasing a ticket, submitting a nomination, or paying any fee on this platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms.
Please review this document meticulously. All transactions made on the IIIA platform are considered final, irrevocable, and non-refundable unless explicitly stated below.
CRITICAL ANTI-FRAUD WARNING
Do not trust or initiate payments to any fake Instagram or Facebook pages/profiles claiming to represent IIIA. Scammers frequently use forged celebrity and influencer photos, manipulated videos, and artificially inflated follower counts to create an illusion of authenticity.
Protect yourself from financial fraud. Do not fall into the trap of unverified profiles. Always cross-check and verify authenticity by contacting our official support at Hello@iiiaward.com before making any financial commitments.

1. Nomination & Entry Fees
1.1 Strictly Non-Refundable: All nomination fees, entry fees, and administrative charges associated with submitting a profile for the IIIA are 100% non-refundable.
1.2 Processing Costs: Upon submission, IIIA immediately incurs administrative, auditing, and jury-related costs to evaluate the profile. Therefore, regardless of whether the nominee is shortlisted, nominated, or wins an award, the fee cannot be refunded.
1.3 Category Errors: If a nominee accidentally submits their profile in the wrong category, they may request a category transfer within 48 hours. However, no refunds will be issued for such errors.
2. Event & Gala Tickets
2.1 Final Sale: All delegate passes, VIP tickets, table bookings, and general admission tickets for the IIIA Gala Event are final sale and non-refundable.
2.2 No Shows: Failure to attend the event (no-show) for any reason, including personal emergencies, travel delays, or visa rejections, does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
2.3 Transferability: Tickets are strictly non-transferable to another individual without prior written consent from IIIA. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event and may incur a transfer administration fee.
3. Disqualification & Ethical Violations
3.1 Zero Refund Policy on Fraud: IIIA upholds the highest standards of integrity. If a nominee is disqualified from the awards due to the discovery of fake followers, bot engagement, purchased votes, plagiarism, or any violation of our Ethical Standards, NO REFUND will be issued.
3.2 Misconduct: Any delegate removed from the event premises due to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or violation of the venue’s code of conduct will forfeit their ticket without compensation.
4. Event Rescheduling & Cancellation
4.1 Rescheduling: IIIA reserves the right to postpone or change the venue/date of the event due to unforeseen logistical requirements. In the event of rescheduling, all tickets and nominations will automatically roll over to the new date. No refunds will be provided for rescheduled events.
4.2 Complete Cancellation: If IIIA completely cancels the event without providing a rescheduled date, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the base ticket price (excluding payment gateway processing fees and taxes). Nomination fees remain non-refundable as judging processes occur independently of the physical gala.
5. Force Majeure (Acts of God)
5.1 Exemption of Liability: IIIA shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations, nor shall any refunds be issued, if the event is disrupted by Force Majeure.
5.2 Defined Events: Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods), pandemics, epidemics, government-mandated lockdowns, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, national strikes, or any other uncontrollable circumstances that render the execution of the event impossible or illegal.
6. Duplicate Payments & Technical Errors
6.1 Accidental Double Charges: In the rare event that a user is charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch or network failure, IIIA will initiate a refund for the duplicate amount.
6.2 Claim Process: The user must notify IIIA Support with proof of the double transaction (bank statement/transaction IDs) within 7 days of the occurrence. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 10-15 business days.
6.3 Authorized Payment Modes: IIIA strictly does not accept payments via UPI or Cash. We only accept official payments through Demand Draft (DD) or secure online transactions made directly through our official website: www.IIIAward.com. Any payment made through unauthorized channels will not be recognized, entertained, or refunded.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
7.1 Illegal Chargebacks: By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to file an unwarranted chargeback dispute with your credit card issuing bank. If you file a chargeback for a valid, non-refundable charge, IIIA reserves the right to:
- (a) Immediately cancel your nomination or event ticket without notice.
- (b) Permanently ban you and your representing agency from all future IIIA events.
- (c) Pursue civil legal action to recover the disputed amount along with legal fees and penalties.
8. Governing Law
8.1 Jurisdiction: This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any financial disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
